I’m Sébastien Brochot, a French specialist and trainer in the prevention of sexual violence.
I help professionals and organizations create safer environments through evidence-based education and training.
I’m the founder of the Preventorium YouTube channel, which provides science-based content to raise awareness and prevent violence.
I serve as president of strong>Association Une Vie, a French nonprofit dedicated to protecting children from sexual violence.
I’ve developed several prevention programs—including EdSens™, EdSex™, SensoPrev™, and The Awareness Workshop on Gender-Based and Sexual Violence—available through Bonheur.fr.
I’m also employed by CRIAVS Ile-de-France, a public resource center on sexual violence funded by the Regional Health Agency. There, I manage Violences-Sexuelles.info, the leading French-language media platform on sexual violence prevention, along with its international version Sexual-Violence.info.

I regularly work with a wide range of institutions, including France’s National School for the Judiciary, the National Gendarmerie Training Center, the Ministry of Education, child protection and youth justice services, the French National Olympic and Sports Committee, the City of Paris, the Conference of Catholic Bishops of France, the Unified Jewish Social Fund, BICE (the International Catholic Child Bureau), and the International Red Cross.
I’ve been invited to speak at international conferences across Europe, the Americas, Africa, and Asia.
I have also contributed to several high-level national and international working groups, including the Lanzarote Committee of the Council of Europe, which focuses on protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation; the French Senate’s fact-finding mission on public policies to prevent sexual offenses against minors; the French interministerial task force on the prostitution of minors; and the European Commission’s research center on combating online child sexual exploitation.
My project Sexual-Violence.info was awarded the Innovation Prize by the UNESCO Chair in Sexual Health.
I’ve developed several platforms and websites, as well as prevention campaigns, exhibitions, and educational games.
